Job Title: Financial Analyst

Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Job duties: Review and analyze complex financial statements and related variance statements to determine clients’ financial conditions. Perform due-diligence financial analysis on files to analyze and ensure completeness/accuracy, and work with tax professional and attorneys to develop preliminary strategies that contain all of the information required for initial debt relief review. Analyze and interpret financial information based on review of clients’ previously filed tax returns and financial statements and information; and provide recommendations for management to determine workable debt relief financing terms. Analyze and document clients’ financial risk factors profiles and periodically update the profiles with issues that may affect the tax debt relief decisions on each specific customer. Perform variance analysis and review corporate clients’ present and past operation/financial data such as costs, revenues, and liabilities, etc. Examine and analyze corporate clients’ balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow and advice management in formulating feasible tax debt relief terms. Prepare finance summaries and analyze the proposed business finance plan and devise alternatives if necessary. Compile, analyze, and project the company’s current year’s statistical data to prepare finance reports to analyze how company’s capitals can be efficiently allocated. Identify areas for business improvement and suggest new business and financial policies and procedures to improve company’s business efficiency and cost effective solutions. Analyze and explain the deviations between company’s established financial policies and actual spending data to locate the cause(s) of deviations.
Education Requirement: Master degree in Finance or Business Administration with Concentration in Finance.
